蘋果公司的員工的確都很出色，但皮克斯的員工更是「好中之好」。那裏有專門研究電腦特技的博士，可以做出來3D效果的花草樹木，還有世界上技術最好的在電影中放入圖像的工程師。不僅如此，和蘋果比起來，皮克斯的涉獵範圍更大，但關鍵性的東西更少。皮克斯有450名員工，但如果你去了有2000個員工的公司，也找不到這麼出色的團隊。
